Delivery

There is free delivery on all items.

Deliveries are made during the week (from Monday to Friday).

They typically take place between 8am-6pm.

All products ordered during the weekend will be sent out on Monday. 

The delivery times stated on our product pages are only estimates, and so may change, due to extenuating circumstances. 

If for whatever reason, a product suddenly becomes out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Large items may have to be moved onto your premises by yourself. Please ensure you have systems in place to be able to do so.

Dimensions shown on the product pages are for the products themselves, so please expect reasonable adjustments when including packaging. 

When you order a King Edward product, you are entitled to a 1 year parts and labour guarantee. Note this only applies to non-consumable goods supplied within the UK Mainland, and so excludes all offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands, where instead you have access to a parts only guarantee.

Make sure you are available, and at the site, at the time of delivery. If we attempt to deliver the product and there is no one at the delivery address, the delivery will be aborted and you will be charged a failed delivery fee.

Stock

All delivery times are subject to stock availability.

Many brands are struggling with stock shortages right now and so some products may have to be placed on backorder. We will let you know if this is the case for your desired appliances.
