With a generous 60cm x 45cm cooking surface, divided into two grids and a hot plate, all clad in cast iron porcelain, the Grandhall Premium G4 provides excellent heat retention and easy cleaning. A chrome-plated warming rack is located at the rear of the cooking area to keep cooked food warm. Four gas control buttons are mounted on the front panel, as well as an electronic ignition button, making it easy to get started. The infrared back burner is perfect for roasting poultry, while the sear burner raises the temperature to seal in the juices and flavour of many foods.
The side burner has been designed to fit perfectly on the side shelf, which can be closed and used as additional preparation space when not in use. Juices that drip between the burners are collected in a galvanised drip tray that can be easily slid to the front of the barbecue for effortless cleaning and storage.
