Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check goods upon receipt and before signing the delivery note.

No claims for breakage, damage or shortage can be considered unless reported and signed for at the time of delivery and confirmed within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee depending on the brand.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive a replacement product is to contact us about your faulty item, so that we are able to issue you our warranty exchange form.

Once this has been completed, you will receive an invoice for the replacement product, which will be credited to your account once the faulty product has been returned and checked for poor maintenance.

 *We do not take refunds for Lincat combi ovens, Refresh units, IMC products and canopies after orders have been placed
